This cake smash shoot is special and pretty interesting for 3 reasons:

  • Mommy always wanted a Unicorn theme for her twinnies; even their first birthday theme was this!
  • We did this session during their dinner time, imagine!
  • While Aariv literally smashed the hell out of the cake, Aaira didn’t even go close to it; no wonder they say that sometimes twins can be the exact opposites! 🙂 🙂

First Birthday Cake Smash Shoot

Celebrating with cake smash photoshoot can be an amazing memory of your little one’s first birthday. A series of images capturing your baby’s first encounter with the cake, where they are all excited, confused, mesmerized – all at the same time!

In cake smash sessions there’s one thing that I always keep in mind when finalizing a theme: ensuring that it aligns with the baby’s personality and likes/dislikes. I usually keep my set ups neat with few props so that major focus remains on the baby.
